Caldwell County Schools Child Nutrition Program 2013-2014 The Child Nutrition programs in the Western Co-Op of North Carolina are requesting quotes for foods that contain USDA Commodities. The Western Co-op includes Buncombe, Caldwell, Haywood, Henderson, Lincoln, and Wilkes counties. The purpose of this request is to solicit firm proposals from Vendors for Commodity Processing of USDA commodities, brown box and net off invoice products, for school year beginning July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014. For items with breading or pizza dough, we are only interested in purchasing whole grain rich items. All companies responding with quotes must abide by all Local, State and Federal laws pertaining to USDA commodities and Laws governing product sales.
