Technology will set up the tables in the boardroom for the first meeting of the day - ONLY!!!

Due to the Technology department's work schedule, if you need to have the room re-arranged for use after the first meeting, then you will be responsible for doing it yourself.

 Below are the three types of room setup that we will do for you.  If you are responsible for a meeting, then you are responsible for submitting this request for room setup.
 Small group table style  Classroom design style  Round table style
YOU MUST SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE MEETING FOR TECHNOLOGY TO HANDLE YOUR REQUEST  -  OTHERWISE, YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN!!!
*If you cancel a meeting that you have requested Technology to set up, please submit this form again and note the cancellation in the bottom text box.
