Sign and date the form and either mail to Caldwell County Schools Education Center, 1914 Hickory Blvd SW, Lenoir NC 28645 or deliver the completed form to the Education Center. The forms must be received prior to 4:30 PM on the date of the meeting. Public comments are always welcome on agenda items. |
