Seventh Grade Immunization Requirements
All students entering 7th grade must receive and provide proof of their Tdap & Menactra immunizations.
Immunizations can be obtained at your child's private medical provider or the Caldwell County Health Department. The Health Department offers this immunization at their facility, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. To avoid an extended wait, call 426-8400 for an appointment.
Proof of immunization needs to be provided to the school. This documentation can be faxed to GMS at 828-754-6278m or you may drop off immunization paperwork at the school's front office.
