In addition to important dates there is also valuable information concerning the required Senior Project. Capping Ceremony and Senior Day A very special capping ceremony will be held for the Class of 2013 in the Main Gymnasium on Friday, May 10, 2013 beginning at 9:00 a.m. Each senior will need an escort (parent/guardian or a SCHS student) for the ceremony. After the seniors and escorts have entered the gym, the escort will then assist the senior in donning the cap and gown. Escorts will then take a seat in the stands for the remainder of the Senior Awards Program. At the end of the Awards Program, the seniors will report to the theatre to watch their senior video. After the video the seniors may leave to go to the Hudson Recreation Center for the annual Senior Day cookout. Students may drive to the Rec Center but a bus will be provided for students who would prefer not to drive. Space is limited in the gym so we respectfully ask that seniors limit their guests to two people for this special event. Escorts need to report to the New Gym by 8:15 to line up for the processional. Seniors will be asked to fill out a form with the name of their escort during Advisory in April. Early graduates are invited to be a part of this day.
