Classroom information: I am in my 6th year of teaching at Horizons Elementary. I teach 5th grade.  We are trying to prepare our students for their return to their home schools.  We're hoping to get most of our students back before the school year ends.  We believe that at least 9 weeks at their home school will ease their transition to middle school.
