Welcome to Janice Smith's Web Page

This is my 12th year here at Hibriten High School. I am a graduate of Salem College and Western Carolina University. I studied for one year at the Language Institute in San Jose, Costa Rica. I lived in Guayaquil, Ecuador for 3 years. Teaching Spanish is a great job. It gives me an opportunity to introduce students not only to a new language, but also to many new cultures.
