I can't believe it is almost Christmas! We have been working on site words, sounding out words, blends, and suffixes. In math we are still working on addition and subtraction. Some of the students are still having difficulty remembering to read their signs. Please work on addition and subtraction with your child at home. We are studying Spain and Christmas customs this holiday season. We will be going to Pancho Villa December 18 for lunch. The cost will be $3.00 and will include a quesadia, chips, drink, and dessert. We will have our Christmas party December 20. If you would like to send chips, drinks, or cookies, we would appreciate any donations. We are keeping it simple. Students will be released early December 20. We will begin mid-year assessments after Christmas, so please make sure to read with your child and practice counting every chance you get.

Our annual Talent Show will be Tuesday, December 11 and December 18 we will host a World View Christmas.  Be sure to come out for food and fun...you just might learn something too!
