End of First Nine Weeks Report cards are being sent home November 9. Please praise your child for areas of success and encourage good study skills for areas that need improvement. It is important for students to complete classroom and homework assignments. Grades are affected by incomplete assignments or missing work. Homework is given to practice classroom instruction. Therefore, students need to listen attentively in class and ask questions when they do not understand. Use of the planner to write down homework assignments is important to assure completing the proper assignments. Thank you for your help in assuring a successful fourth grade for your child.

Mrs. Neal's Fourth Grade Class Welcomes Mrs. Scoggins! Mrs. Amanda Scoggins joins our class and will help us until early in December. She is an intern at Appalachian State University and will graduate in May after completing her student teaching next semester. Mrs. Scoggins lives in Gamewell and we are happy to have her with us. |
